Refund policy
Seven days, no questions. This page covers Selection Toolbar Premium; the free extension has nothing to refund.
Refunds
If Premium is not for you, write to hello@r44j.dev within seven days of a charge, from the email you paid with, and the charge is refunded in full. That applies to the first payment and to every renewal. Refunds go back to the payment method you used and usually arrive within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
After seven days a charge is not refunded, except where the law of your country says otherwise, or where Premium was discontinued, in which case the remaining paid time is refunded.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing on your devices is deleted when it ends. You can also ask us to cancel by email.
Who takes the payment
Payments and refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which is why the charge on your statement may read Dodo Payments. Their support can also help with a receipt or a refund.
